Crunch Fitness Plans New 50,000-Square-Foot Gym in Las Vegas

Crunch Fitness is expanding again in Las Vegas with plans for a new 50,000-square-foot location on East Tropicana Avenue. The $5 million Crunch Tropicana facility will include reformer Pilates, cycling, HIIT training, recovery amenities and traditional strength equipment. It will become Fit Fusion’s fourth Crunch Fitness club in the Las Vegas Valley.
Crunch Tropicana will begin presales in winter 2026 ahead of a planned spring 2027 opening, according to a press release from Crunch Fitness. Memberships will start at $9.99 per month, and the first 500 founding members will be able to join for $1 and receive their first month free. Crunch Tropicana will debut the new Crunch 3.0 design, combining modern aesthetics with enhanced functionality to deliver an upgraded fitness experience, and will feature its own “strip” of Crunch’s latest boutique-style fitness concepts, including Crunch Reform Pilates™, the Hot Studio®, Ride Studio®, HIITZone™, and Relax & Recover®.
Crunch Tropicana will feature the newest dedicated Crunch Reform Pilates™ Studio, bringing one of the fitness industry’s fastest-growing boutique modalities into an accessible, full-service gym environment without the premium price tag. Classes will combine hands-on, instructor-led coaching with integrated virtual guidance to deliver a modern reformer Pilates experience for today’s gym-goer.
