Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino is bringing Elvis Presleyโ€™s iconic Las Vegas era back to the stage – with two immersive tribute productions. The experiences will recreate some of the most memorable moments from The Kingโ€™s legendary performances at the historic International Theater. Fans will have the chance to celebrate Elvisโ€™ music, style and lasting connection to Las Vegas through these special events.

In a press release, Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino announced the two immersive tribute shows: “1969 LIVE! The King Returns” on July 31st and “1970 LIVE! That’s the Way It Was” on October 24th.

Therefore, returningย Friday, July 31, internationally acclaimed Elvis Tribute Artistย Travis Powellย stars inย 1969 LIVE! The King Returns, recreating the electrifying performances that marked Elvis Presley’s historic return to live entertainment in 1969 at the International Hotel, now Westgate Las Vegas Resort &ย Casino.

And continuing the celebration this fall, Westgate will debutย 1970 LIVE! That’s the Way It Wasย onย Saturday, October 24, transporting audiences back to one of the most celebrated moments in entertainment history. Inspired by the acclaimed 1970 documentary, the immersive production recreates the unforgettable performances captured during Elvis’ legendary Las Vegas residencyโ€”performed inside the very theater where the documentary was filmed.

Step back in time and watch technicolor history come to life as That’s the Way It Was faithfully recreates one of the most iconic concert experiences ever captured on film, allowing audiences to relive the music, energy and excitement that defined Elvis at the height of his career.
