By mid-2025, it is estimated that nearly 88 percent of organisations around the world will be applying artificial intelligence in one of their business functions. 

However, compared to a year ago, this number was 78%. At the company-wide level, however, the majority of AI projects are either on the experimental or pilot level. This was based on a study conducted by McKinsey, whose findings were released on 5 November 2025. Figure tests were carried out between 25 June and 29 July 2025. It engaged 1,993 employees in small, medium, and large companies working in various industries in 105 countries. Only 7 percent of the respondents said that they implemented AI at the enterprise level on a full scale. Scaling up such solutions is being done bythirty-one per cent of organisations surveyed. A third of companies are in the pilot stage of AI projects, and 32% are in the experimental stage, with an increasing number of businesses using generative AI, 79% at this time, compared to 71% last year. These advances have extended to the dating scene in ways that are not very obvious but significant.
